The Commons Suites

“Tide Watcher” and “Water’s Edge” are our year-round rental suites located on the 2nd floor in The Commons building. We are located in the center of historic and walkable downtown Eastport, right in our “Working Waterfront District” and on the edge of Passamaquoddy Bay. The suite has great seasonal views across the bay to Campobello Island and we often see wildlife such as whales, seals, eagles and pelagic birds. From the suite you’ll see our harbor and the fishing fleet that “goes out” all year round. You’ll also be among the first in the nation to welcome the day’s first sunrise. Great smallmouth bass fishing.
South Meadow Cottages
Southmeadow Cottages are located on Boyden Lake in Perry, Maine. Boyden Lake is five miles long and two miles wide and is spring-fed. The sunsets across the lake are spectacular, especially when you’re out in a canoe, kayak or rowboats available for guests. Each cottage has its own private dock. Boyden is a prime bass fishing lake, along with land-locked salmon and perch.
