Booth Set-up on Saturday August 31st:

• Water Street in Eastport provides little shelter from the sun and rain, so we require that exhibitors provide their own tents.
• Check-in will begin at 8:00 AM at the large tent by the Fisherman Statue. Cynthia Morse will be there to answer questions.
• There is no staking of tents on the blacktop area. Tents must be secured with weights.
• The exhibitor may drive their vehicle up to their booth space to unload and to pack up, but we ask that you be considerate of others and remove your vehicle as quickly as possible.
• Set up must be completed by 10:00 AM and vehicles removed from the festival area on Water St. to nearby parking lots.

Booth Take-down on Sunday September 1st:

• The exhibitor is responsible for leaving the site as it was found.
• Dismantling booth displays or in any way preparing to pack out prior to the close of the festival without prior notice to the Event Coordinator is discouraged and will be considered when applying for future festivals
